OBJECTIVE: To help you identify your values and to determine how your personal values affect your career choices.
Values are the principles that you want to live by and the beliefs that are important to you. You need to know what your values are so that you can better select a career that fits with those values. Otherwise, you might choose a career that conflicts with your values.
Below and on the next few pages are 100 statements that deal with ten types of values. Reach each statement carefully. Then rate the statement as it applies to you.
